“My name is Elizabeth and our family joined the YMCA in September after moving into the Village of Williamsville. I just wanted to reach out to you to express our appreciation for the work that the after-school program is doing with our son Coleman in the 2nd grade. He has ADHD and can be a handful and we were very nervous about transitioning him this year. He has done so well in this program and it has been such a huge asset to his well-being. Susan has truly gone out of her way to get to know Coleman and develop a relationship with him, which has resulted in him shifting his behavior. Courtney has also always approached me with positive ways to support him and offered me great ideas. When you are a parent who works so hard with school to ensure their child’s needs are being met, every little thing makes life that much easier. Knowing when I come to pick him up he doesn’t want to leave and he has been well exercised with no behavior concerns is life changing. Thank you for ensuring this program is providing quality care.”
