“Since September, I’ve been sending my son Ben to your virtual learning program. I wanted to let you know that the staff at this program has been extraordinarily amazing! Ben sees his teacher and therapists multiple times a week. Every single teacher and therapist has sung the praises of your staff. They love how he has a spot to focus and participate in his classes, and how the staff is ready to help Ben when he needs it. Ben wears a hearing aid so learning poses extra challenges for him, but your staff has done a fantastic job of helping him. As a working parent, COVID has posed many challenges, but thanks to the YMCA, child care and virtual learning has not been as stressful.
